Mellow
Yellow
Hi
there
Today
I am continuing my nail polish collection by colour. Today is yellow, I don’t
have many yellow polishes, but they are all different.
China
Glaze metro pollen-tin; is a bright yellow/orange colour from this year’s city
flourish collection. This dries to a matte finish and could be classed as a
neon as it look bright with a white polish base. Yellows are notorious for not
having great formulas, and this is no exception but it will look better with 2
coats. This would look great as a base to a bronze leaf stamping manicure.
Deborah
Lippmann walking on sunshine: a bright yellow cream polish. I believe all
Deborah Lippmann polishes are named after songs. Again this polish is a bit
streaky but it sorts itself out with 2 coats.
Topshop
crack your code; is a sheer yellow with white speckles. I would class this as a
gelly polish. This polish could be wore on its own (which would require three
to four coats) or over any other polish.
Revlon
buttercup; a pale pastel yellow cream polish. This polish is a one coat polish
and is the best formula in a yellow polish colour. Unfortunately this polish is
being discontinued along with the rest of the colour stay line. So if you want
it grab it now.
That’s
my yellow nail polish collection, look out for blues next.
