power to purple part 1

Power to Purple part 1

Hi There

Today I am going to be talking about my purple polishes. This post is in two parts as I have 19 purples.

Zoya Stevie; a lavender purple shade with silver glitter. This is a pixie dust polish from the 2013 spring collection. I love pixie polishes and this one would make a great spring/Easter shade.

Orly Velvet rope; a deep purple with silver shimmer. This is a mini as my Boots only sells mini Orly’s. This is a great autumn shade and I believe this is part of their permanent line.

Opi Lincoln Park after dark; a dark purple almost black shade. This was part of the Chicago collection but has become a cult favourite that it is now permanent. This was my first Opi polish.

Essie Bahama mama; a berry purple. I believe this colour is permanent, and is one of my favourite Essie polishes. It looks great on its own or with gold glitter.

Nails Inc Bruton Street; a light mauve shade. This was my first Nails Inc polish, this can be wore for every occasion.

Butter London Toff; a dark mauve shade. This is a couple of shades dark than Nails Inc Bruton Street.

Ciate Fade to Greige; a mauve grey shade. This is my only full seize Ciate. This polish looks amazing with silver glitter.

Sally Hansen Pat on the Black; a dark purple almost black shade. This is really similar to Opi Lincoln park after dark, so if you want a drugstore alternative this might be that polish. One coat and this polish is opaque on its own.

Opi Black Cherry Chutney; a purple/berry shade with red shimmer. This was part of the India 2008 spring collection. This would make a great holiday shade.

So that is part 1 look out for part 2.
